Cooking Instructions
Roast the bones at 425°F for 30–45 minutes until beautifully browned before simmering to develop even deeper flavor.
Transfer the roasted bones to a stockpot, slow cooker, or pressure cooker with water, vegetables, herbs, and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
For the richest broth:
- Slow simmer: 18–24 hours
- Pressure cooker: 2–3 hours
Strain, cool, and refrigerate or freeze for future meals.
Storage
Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, cook within 2–3 days. Homemade broth freezes beautifully for several months.
